Holiday Body Weight Challenge?.

Have you been doing the challenge?  Have you fallen off the wagon yet?  Do you know what the challenge is?  

Ok? in case you have missed it.  Here is the challenge?..

It started December 1st with 2 burpees.  December 2nd was 4 burpees.  December 3 was 6 burpees.  December 4th was 8 burpees.  Today December 5th is 10 burpees.  It continues on adding 2 every day until Jan. 11th.  

Here’s the kicker?.. if you miss a day, you must make up the day you missed and that days, so it will behoove you (SAT word of the day) to not fall behind.  If you are starting today, you have to do 30 burpees.  You don’t have to do them all at once, but you throughout the day.

The point of the challenge is to keep you engaged and doing something physical no matter where you travel or what you do.  

We are doing a contest for you as well.  Take a funny picture or make a video of you doing burpees in a cool place.  

Post it to our Facebook event here!  and then tag CrossFit Bartlett’s Facebook page by doing @crossfitbartlett.  At the end of the challenge we will do something special for the best picture or video. 

Stay engaged.  Have fun.  Do some burpees, and don’t let your fitness fall behind this holiday season!  

DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE SCHEDULE CHANGE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.  FRIDAY EVENING CLASSES AND SATURDAY CLOSED.
