Is There Anybody Out There?

I’m not sure how many of you know this, but creating content is very difficult, especially the amount of content that we create.  Did you know that I spend around 10-12 hours a week programming and writing for the gym and this website.  I’m not by any means complaining, I enjoy every minute of it.  What I am asking for is some participation.  If you read something you like, let me know.  Post a comment up on the blog.  The goal here is to create dialogue.  Share the article with your friends.  Help us spread the word.  If you like what we do on the site, the biggest compliment you can give us, is to comment on it.  If you don’t like what we write comment there to, I’d love to hear from you.  If you like what we do at CFB please share the experience with your friends.  You guys are the life blood of us, and we want nothing more then to continue serving more and more of you.  If you are reading thank you for reading, I hope you have a fantastic day!
