I get asked this question all the time in some form or fashion. Do you think I can do this? Is this program for me? Is it hard? My answer… yes, yes, and yes with a caveat. Do I think you can do this? Yes, I think anyone can, but you have to want to do it. Is this program for me? Yes, I think this program is for you, if you want to make change in your life. If you want guidance and coaching, and if you want to work with someone that actually cares about you, then the answer is yes. Is it hard? Yes it’s hard, it’ll be some of the hardest things you have ever done….. that’s a good thing. Hard with a purpose gets you results. It’s scaled based off of what you can do, but it will be difficult, if it wasn’t you wouldn’t progress. If you’re interested come check it out. You will be in the right place.
