It’s Testing Time!

Congratulations!  We’ve made it through another lifting and strength cycle.  You see, we do strength cycles that progressively build you up and get you stronger every week.  When we hit the end of a cycle we test to see how far you’ve come.

The time has come for us to test.  This week starts our two weeks of testing max lifts.  Try to show up to as many classes as you can and let’s see how much weight you can actually lift.  This way we can make proper adjustments throughout your training for the next several months!
