Memorial Day

Today is Memorial Day.  The point of this holiday is to remember all the fallen soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy our freedoms.  We get to take the day off of work, grill out, travel, swim, whatever without the fear of being oppressed, or even killed.  Thank you to anyone who has served this fine country.  God bless you, and your families, and God Bless the USA.

We will do a hero workout today in remembrance of the fallen.  We are able to move when the fallen can not.  We are able to put ourselves through pain which I’m sure is nothing compared to the pain the families of the fallen have gone through.  I am so thankful that we can do something like this, it’s a small tribute but we are grateful!
