New Sunscreen Guidelines

I love the sunshine! I don?t mind sweating and I enjoy basking in the sun?.however, it?s important to protect ourselves from the sun?s harmful rays in order to reduce the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging, as well as help prevent?sunburn. Choosing the right sunblock can be challenging with the confusion sunscreen labels can cause. Recently, the FDA changed the guidelines on sunscreen labeling to help us determine how to better protect ourselves. Check out the info here:
