No lifts this week!

Thats right you guys have been working hard and really getting after it under the bar. However, there is a very important principle to weight training: REST. You guys have been hitting it hard and deserve some rest. So this week we are going to be letting our bodies recover and focusing on improving our movement and technique on certain things. So we are going to be doing mobility work and skill work in place of the lifts this week.
