Personal Records aka PR’s

Do you know what a PR is?  It stands for personal record.  They are critical in your progress towards fitness.  Knowing what your personal records are will help you keep track of progress.  If you don’t track what you are doing there is no way to know whether what you are doing is working.  We know what we do works and it’s important for you to see where you came from and track your progress.  Secondary to that, if you are not keeping track of PR’s it’ll be very difficult to know how to appropriately train you during class times.  We are going to make a consorted effort to make sure we are tracking and recognizing PR’s as they happen and throughout the month, so make sure you are keeping track!
