Schedule Changes
This Week beginning July 23, 2013 – July 31, 2013 we will be running a special schedule.
As you may or may not know, Trai and I will be traveling to Los Angeles for a business trip. This trip will serve two purposes.
First off, we are spending several days at several different CrossFit gyms. These guys are running some of the best gyms in the world and we arespending time with them in order to see what we can steal to make our business better.
Next, we will be attending the CrossFit Games. This event is the culmination of CrossFit the sport, but more importantly, there will be thousands ofbusiness contacts there as well as several hundred vendors that we can sample and interact with in order to provide better services and products toyou guys.
Lastly, we will be attending a business seminar geared around helping us run our gym better.
We are extremely excited about this opportunity and I can only imagine how much better we can be after interacting with some of the best in thebusiness! The gym operations will be slightly different while we are traveling. The schedule will be an open gym format.
Coaches will be available to help you, strength work and conditioning workouts written, but there will not be a formal class. If a couple of you want toshow up and work out together that’s fine, and the coach can start the clock for you, or if you want to go up and do some skill work etc, that is fine aswell.
