It’s summer. The weather is getting hotter. People want to be outside and go on vacations. Sometimes it can be hard to show up at the gym consistently. I get it. I understand. We had a good discussion on habits yesterday and how to break or create them. If you fall out of the training habit (very easy to do), sometimes it’s difficult to get back into that habit. For most people it’s a matter of showing up. Get your booty in the car, drive to the gym, walk through the doors and we’ll take care of the rest. For many people being able to show up is the accomplishment. Make that your goal this week. Plan accordingly to make sure everything is in place to make that happen. Let’s stay healthy over the summer. Let’s keep training and getting better! Show up and we’ll take care of the rest!
