Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm.
Most people do not put success and failure in the same sentence, but I view them as two sides of the same coin. ?In order for you to be successful in the gym, in life, in anything, you must try and try a lot. ?Many of those tries will end in failure. ?Failure gets such a bad wrap and a negative connotation. ?In actuality, failure is just a learning experience. ?It is a way to know that you tried and even though you didn’t succeed you learn something from it and keep going.
We will take it even one step further, in the gym, many times if you don’t push yourself to failure you won’t succeed. ?There’s an interesting view! ?Failing is what causes adaptation, and adaptation yields results.
Many people are scared to join the gym at CFB, or once they are here they are scared to fail. ?Why? ?Fail away! ?In the end you will succeed and you will be better off from your failures.
The only people that are truly failures in the negative connotation are the people who fail to try?
