Success Track Begins Oct. 12

This week we begin a new series to help you guys succeed.  We are calling it the Success Track!

It’s a 3 week course designed to help you round out your fitness program.

Class 1 is called Green Light

Green Light will be this Saturday October 12, 2013 at 10:30AM

This class is designed to teach people about the gym – our history, motivation, mission, vision, staff etc.  We will also do a gym orientation, and talk about how classes are set up etc.  Lastly, we will go over all of our ancillary programs and how you can get involved to use your membership to it’s fullest.  

Class 2 is called Accelerate

Accelerate will be next Saturday October 19, 2013 at 10:30AM

This class will go over basic nutrition as well as all of the products.  We will talk about Food for Fuel and how to integrate nutrition and supplementation into a comprehensive program that will help you get your results faster.

Class 3 is called Overdrive

Overdrive will be Saturday October 26th at 10:30AM.

This class will go over basic mobility and general health and body maintenance.  Topics such as sleep and recovery will be discussed here.

I hope to get a great turn out at these classes.  I am looking forward to having an opportunity to teach you guys and help you succeed.
