Testing Week

It’s always important to know what you can do.  In that way, we can base our future predictions off of what you’ve done in the past.  You should know what your PR’s (personal records) are in your lifts.  That involves going through structured testing and going to actual failure.  Have you ever attempted a Backsquat and had to drop it on the box?  If you’ve never dropped the weight, you’ve never hit your true max.  We will be testing maxes this week and next.  We want to see what you can do.  We expect you to have improved, and we expect you to document your maxes for future reference.  Push yourself and test your limits, you may surprise yourself!
