This class will go over basic nutrition and products that we carry. It is designed to show you how to integrate nutrition and supplements into a comprehensive program. Don’t miss it!
Music Festival B + B
Beginning around the same time, we will be cooking Brats and a surprise B for anyone wanting to hang out with us and watch some live music. It’s going to be a great time, so we are looking forward to some fun social activity. Please RSVP if you are planning on eating with us!
