Time to Brag

The beauty of a fitness program that works is that you get to set goals and reach them.  You also get to utilize your fitness in ways that you wouldn’t normally do (run a 5k for fun etc).  Lastly you get to celebrate on making progress and we call these PR’s or personal records.

We want to celebrate with you!  We want to publish it in order to celebrate in your accomplishments.  We want to put it up in the gym.  One of our favorite things to do is brag about how awesome our people are doing.  Here’s what we’ve done for you…

In the lobby, we have put up two boards.  1 is our upgraded board.  If you hit a gym PR, please let a coach know, so that we can document it and put it on that board.  2 is our brag board.  This board is there for you to brag about awesome things that are going on with you.  It can be anything from, I ran a 5K for fun or I ate 3 cookies last night and enjoyed every minute. We want this board to be a ton of fun for you!  Please utilize the boards and keep the coaches updated on your PR’s!

Score is total number of reps
