What Can You Do?

I think this quote applies a ton to CrossFit. Many of our people will come in thinking they can’t lift a weight, or can’t squat, or can’t run a 5K, or can’t (fill in the blank here). What we strive to show them is that they can do those things and more. If you set your mind to it, many of those things are possible and much more can be achieved. True fitness is about pursuing goals and pushing your boundaries always. The moment you tell yourself you can’t it becomes a sell fulfilling prophesy and you become right.
