What’s Your Favorite?

Today we were having a discussion about our favorite workouts.  What’s awesome about CrossFit is that we have these things called benchmark workouts.  You can do a benchmark workout and then 6 months later do it again and compare your times from before.  What’s also cool about it is everyone in CrossFit has a common language and we all know how it feels.  When someone tells you they have a sub 3 minute Fran we are all impressed because we know how much suck you would have to endure to get a 3 minute Fran.  When was the last time you talked about how awesome it was to do 3 sets of 10 bicep curls?  It’s good to have a favorite benchmark workout.  It’s good to have one that you just love to kill.  My favorite is Karen that’s 150 wall balls for time.  I know it’s a bunch of suck but I’m good at doing wall balls, so I like this workout.  What’s your favorite benchmark?
