Why I Love the World’s Best Boot Camp Even More….

The major reason why I love the WBBC is this:

We are able to fulfill our mission of helping people even more.  We know CrossFit is one of the best ways to get people results, BUT some people are scared to death of CrossFit.  Some people would never walk through our doors, because they have a self imposed constraint that they could never do that.

We have a lady in our boot camp right now who a year ago had a double lung transplant.

Yep I said that right 2 lungs removed and a new set put in.  It’s amazing really that she’s alive, much less wanting to exercise.

Do you think CrossFit is right for her right now?  At this point possibly, but she would’ve never believed it.  Instead we have her in the WBBC.  She’s struggling but she’s making progress.  She’s done things in 3 weeks that she didn’t even think was possible.

It’s unfreakingbelievable.

We would have never had the opportunity to work with her without the WBBC.  Now we get to honor the person who died to give her a new set of lungs, and we get to change her life for the better.

I think that’s amazing, and we couldn’t have done it without the WBBC.  That’s why I love the WBBC!

So if you have any friends who may think CrossFit isn’t quite right for them, or they think they can’t do it.  Let them know about our girl in the WBBC.  They shouldn’t have any more excuses.
