Wishing Vs. Doing….

Do you spend a lot of time wishing you had the results but figure out some reason why you can’t have them?  Many people want to have a 6 pack or lose body fat, or run a 5k, or (insert goal here), but they spend all of their effort wishing and none of their effort doing something about it.

If you want to lose body fat, hire a coach, join a gym etc.  If you want to have a 6 pack join a gym and hire a nutrition coach.  If you want to run a 5K get a coach to help you run a 5K.  Whatever your goal is, seek out some kind of help to get you there and do it.

Stop wasting your energy wishing and start putting your energy towards doing, it’s the only thing worthwhile!
