You Promised Your Best….

We all say things we don’t mean.  We all have good intentions.  When we do your intro session here at CFB we talk about your goals and what you want to accomplish.  We talk about how we want you to do your best.  We expect that in each workout.  We expect you to give your best.  Do you?  Do you always give your best?  Do you give your best outside the gym?  Do you leave some on the table?  Do you not do everything you can do to reach your goals?  Better yet, do you not give your best then push the blame external for you coming up short?  What does your best look like?  Can you give it?
